1. The short version
- Change your mind within 7 days of paying and you get all of it back, even if you used the app those seven days.
- After 7 days, a monthly plan is not refundable — but nothing renews without you asking again, so you never pay for a second month by surprise.
- On a yearly plan after 7 days, we refund every whole month of the year you have not yet started, if you tell us before the year ends.
- If a paid feature is broken and we cannot fix it, the unused part of the period you paid for is refunded. That is your right, not our courtesy.
2. The 7-day trial — nothing to refund, nothing to fear
The trial costs nothing and needs no card, so there is no payment to reverse. More important: when the trial ends without a plan your account is locked, not deleted. Your bills, stock and customer ledgers stay exactly as you left them, and you can pick a plan later and continue. No data is deleted for non-payment, and no recovery charge is made to unlock it.
3. What is refundable
| You paid for | Request made | You get |
|---|---|---|
| Any plan, first payment | Within 7 days of the payment date | 100% of that payment. No reason needed. |
| A monthly plan | After 7 days of the payment date | Nothing refundable. Access continues to the end of the month; the plan does not renew itself. |
| A yearly plan | Within 7 days of the payment date | 100% of that payment. |
| A yearly plan | After 7 days, before the year ends | The price of the whole months you have not started, minus a month already in progress at the time you write. |
| A plan renewal you asked us to make | Within 7 days of that payment | 100%, and the account returns to its previous state at the end of the paid period. |
| Any plan, where a paid feature failed | While the fault is unresolved | Pro-rata refund of the unused period, in addition to repair or a working substitute. |
Refund amounts are calculated on the amount you actually paid, not on list price, so a discounted or yearly payment is returned at the same discount.
4. What is not refundable
- A monthly plan more than 7 days after you paid for it (clause 3 still leaves you the rest of the month, and no renewal).
- An account closed by us for deliberate misuse under clause 6 of the Terms — creating records for supplies that never happened, sending commercial messages to people who never agreed, or trying to reach another business’s data.
- Money spent on somebody else’s service that Zentra only routes you to: your WhatsApp plan, a Gemini or image-pool quota a vendor bills you for directly, your own payment or bank charges.
- Tax, where tax was charged and already deposited. Zentra is not GST-registered and adds no tax to a subscription, so there is no tax component to reverse.
- A payment already refunded in full or in part.
5. How to ask
Write from the e-mail address on the account to ayoraindex@gmail.com with the subject line Refund Request and these details:
- Registered e-mail address and business name.
- Plan name, amount paid, and the date you paid.
- The payment reference — UPI transaction id, UTR number or bank reference.
- Where to send it back: the same UPI id or a bank account with name, number, IFSC and the account holder’s relation to you.
- One line on why, if you feel like it. It is not a condition.
We acknowledge within 2 working days and, for refunds we owe, we send an approval with the exact amount and the calculation. A refund is never refused for a missing reason, and we do not ask you to keep paying to be considered.
6. How the money comes back
- Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days.
- Refunds go back the way they came: to the same UPI id or bank account. A refund to a third party’s account needs written confirmation from you first, so we are not the instrument of somebody else’s fraud.
- Banks and UPI handle the last leg, so expect it to land in 3 to 7 working days. We send the reference as soon as it leaves us, and you can chase your bank with it.
- We will not deduct a “processing” or “cancellation” charge. If our own bank charges us for the transfer, that cost stays with us.
- Every refund is documented, and we keep the record with the account, so a statement you receive later matches what you paid.
7. Cancelling, and what “cancel” means here
There is no subscription button inside the app to click, because there is no auto-debit to switch off. “Cancelling” means you tell us you do not want the next period, and we do not bill you again. Your plan runs to the end of the period already paid for, then locks. You keep full export access until then: items, customers and reports to Excel (CSV), bills as PDF.
If we raise the price or move a feature out of your plan, tell us within 30 days of the notice and we refund the unused part of what you have already paid.
8. If we are the ones who failed
9. Complaints and your rights as a consumer
A disagreement about a refund goes first to ayoraindex@gmail.com with the subject Refund Complaint; we acknowledge within 48 hours and try to close it within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you keep every remedy the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 gives you — the District Commission at the place of your residence, and the national online consumer redressal portal — and nothing in this policy asks you to give that up.
